Todd Hewitt
President
Todd R. Hewitt is the President of Texas Fifth Wall Roofing and has been with the company for more than 35 years. He has held several positions on behalf of Fifth Wall Roofing, from Estimator to Vice President/General Manager, contributing to his industry expertise and knowledge. He oversees all aspects of the company, as well as providing leadership, insight, and guidance to the entire team.
A graduate of Rice University, Todd has served on the boards of the Texas Construction Association, Central Texas Subcontractors Association, Texas Construction Trust, American Subcontractors Association, and Elevate Contractor Advisory Council.
Will Smith
Vice President of Operations
Will Smith serves as the Vice President of Operations at Texas Fifth Wall Roofing, having joined the company in December 2017 as the San Antonio Division Manager. He oversees production, fabrication, and customer service in all markets with leadership responsibility across every aspect of project planning. Additionally, he manages facility and warehouse operations.
Will brings three decades of construction and roofing experience to his leadership role. Starting as a Certified Journeyman Roofer in Chicago, he has worked his way up through the industry, so he understands every level of a construction project.
He is a decorated United States Marine Corps veteran, having served in the Gulf War in 1990-91. In his spare time, Will enjoys riding his Harley Davidson.
Jody Delino
Chief Financial Officer
Jody C. Delino serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Texas Fifth Wall Roofing. In this role, he is responsible for all financial aspects including accounting, planning and analysis, and tax consultation. Additionally, Jody serves as Corporate Secretary, managing human resources and office administration. As a member of the company’s executive team, he helps to create the company’s corporate strategy and policy.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall in 2007, Jody spent six years in the finance industry consulting with small to mid-sized businesses. Earlier in his career, Jody served over nine years at Dell, Inc. in a variety of corporate finance and global leadership roles such as Manager of External Reporting.
Jody graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lamar University
Tony Zahtila
Vice President of Sales
Tony Zahtila joined Texas Fifth Wall Roofing in 2006 and is the Vice President of Sales. He is responsible for the company’s reroofing, new construction, and service sales, as well as business development and the implementation of the ProVigil Total Roof Care program.
Previously, Tony was a senior vice president of a large national roofing company and founded Zahtila Vineyards, a premium winery in Napa Valley, California.
Tony is active in several professional organizations including the Building Owners and Managers Association of Austin (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
